100% Waterless Organic Raw Milk Soap — AIKA SOAP

"AIKA SOAP" is born from the blessings of raw whey and organic raw milk that would otherwise be discarded. Using no water, this 100% waterless soap is carefully aged for 90 days, then wrapped in traditional Kyoto furoshiki and a short-cycle timber box, meticulously prepared one by one at a supported employment facility.

Basic Trading Conditions and Payment Terms

To maintain quality, this product is "made-to-order" and involves a 90-day drying and aging process without applying heat.

• Wholesale Rate: Flat 70%
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 50 boxes~ (includes wooden box, Kyoto furoshiki, leaflet)
  1 box = 2 pieces (1 White + 1 Green)
• Regarding Immediate Stock Availability: In addition to regular made-to-order production (lead time approx. 90-100 days), we currently have a [stock of already aged products available for immediate shipment]. Please consult us if you require urgent gifts or wish to try an introductory order in units of 10 boxes.
• Payment Method/Terms:
  Bulk Order: Advance bank transfer upon order (prepayment)
  Direct Customer Shipment (Dropshipping, etc.): Invoices are issued based on "shipment date" at the end of the month, and sent/settled by the 10th of the following month.
• Sales/Display Period: If there is no activity (sales performance) for 3 months or more, we will discuss returning the inventory and discontinuing handling (※In this case, return shipping costs are borne by the other party; if due to our circumstances, we bear the cost)

Shipping and Delivery Flow

• For Bulk Delivery (to your company's warehouse/store)
  ・Delivery Time: Delivery will be on standby until a formal delivery request is received.
  ・Delivery Condition: Individual packaging (OPP bags, etc.) is mandatory for hygiene protection, assembled (White/Green distinguishable by outer packaging), shop cards/brochures cannot be included.
  ・Delivery Shipping Cost: Borne by the other party (ordering source).
  
• For Direct Customer Shipment (Individual Delivery)
  ・Order Management: Managed via a shared spreadsheet (previous day's orders listed the next morning).
  ・Shipment Notification: After shipment is complete, tracking numbers are entered into the sheet and emailed by 18:30 on the day of shipment.
  ・Shipping Carrier: Yamato Transport
  ・Days from Order to Shipment: Usually within 5-7 business days
  ・Price Display: No prices are indicated on the packaging or product itself (can be sent directly as a gift)
  ・Shipping Cost: Borne by the customer (other party).

  We will arrange "noshigami" (gift wrap with ceremonial paper) compliant with business etiquette, handle omotegaki (inscription), name insertion, and wrap with decorative paper on your behalf, reducing your arrangement costs.

  Print or embroider your company's "corporate logo" or "commemorative name" on the furoshiki. As they are reused for everyday purposes, this provides long-term company name promotion.

Defective Product Handling and Pre-Introduction Test

• Defective/Damaged Product Handling: We will directly send a replacement product to the customer (including a "cash-on-delivery shipping label" for return).
• Pre-Introduction Sample: Package-less (soap body only - 1 White / 1 Green, total 2 pieces - simple protective packaging / ¥3,300 including tax + shipping separate *Wooden box, furoshiki, and leaflet are not included)
